Microsoft Employees Disrupt Wii U Best Buy EventsRemember how Nintendo was showcasing some of their E3 games at participating Best Buy stores around the country? Well, apparently Microsoft employees have been hired to go to these events and preach about the Xbox One and make comments like "why would you buy a outdated Wii U when the Xbox One is right around the corner?"
However, the employees aren't getting what they hoped for. Most customers just start bashing the Xbox One in response. Seriously, Microsoft, the people attending these Best Buy Wii U events are people who are intimately familiar with the crap you pulled at E3. They ain't takin' your shit.
At first I thought this might just be a case of one really loyal Microsoft employee taking matters into his own hands (especially since the original source was /v/), but reports have come in from numerous Best Buy's around the country that indicate many Microsoft employees have ambushed the demo lines trying to persuade people to switch to the Xbox One.

There are two ways to write a novel. Plotting (you make an outline, a plan, a roadmap if you will, and then you sit down and write it) and pantsing (you write "by the seat of your pants, throwing caution to the wind). So when I get asked if I'm a plotter or a pantser, I'm all like er, uh, hold on, let me? Pantser? I think? But I kind of, um, do planny things?
And it gets kind of awkward because in these inarticulate moments I have managed to confuse everyone including myself. And probably spilled a drink.
In recent discussions, however, I've had a bit of a revelation, silly as it is. I've realized that I -- like many writers -- am a plotter/pantser hybrid. And perhaps what I'm doing is something we could call Pantsing Responsibly. And, maybe, just maybe, I could share some of my responsible pantsing tips with other writers. I've come out against used game sales and even written a journal about boycotting GameStop because (like most people at the time) I believed they were the root cause of all the problems the video game industry has. But that's something I don't believe now as intently as i did then. From where I sit, piracy and used games sales are a problem, but not in the way game companies want us to believe that they are.
Used games are a good thing for consumers. We get to try games out, and if we don't like what we see or finish it early, we trade it in and try another title instead. It's a very good system for us since video game rentals are much harder to come by. SPIKE updatesJust thought I'd share with you guys some updates on the progress of finishing my "SPIKE" novel.
A lot of people have asked me how it's going, when it will be published and stuff. I really appreciate getting asked these things because it shows that people are actually interested in my writings, and that it just such a great feeling

I've got two news for you guys today though: one bad news and one good news. Let's start with the bad news.
I haven't finished writing SPIKE yet.
And I honestly don't know when it will be finished - which oddly enough brings us to the good news:

As usual I don't want to spoil too much, but there is a part in the story where Spike and Sam are separated from each other for quite a long while. I know this is an old subject but, honestly Im sick of it always coming back up to haunt my friends and I.
The "bros" is nothing but a word people. It is a way to say how close all of our characters are together and that is all!
They are FRIENDS, not a group of characters you have to think are popular or whatever just because we draw a particular way or whatever it is that makes us popular even.
I dont find myself to be worth a damn to anyones time, okay? I dont deserve to be treated better or differently than anyone else. I just want everyone i the coomunity to think the same as everyone.
Poplularity doesnt matter, it's having fun and roleplaying and drawing that does.

I honestly cant even use the title "Bros" anymore...because its just ridiculous to say to me anymore.
All they are are a group of best friends to me.

On another note, I know that some of my friends have been getting harassed and talked about when there not around. For no good reason ether, and that is just inexcusable.

I just felt like ranting about this. Carry on.

I think y'all still use the term bros, 'cause, you are just some good old biscuits that try to be friends! Let me tell ya, that I really thought you were popular and stuff, because I idolize you and love you, I love to see how you are always there to one another, 'cause you have that thing that makes you special, that thing is called awesomeness, you are all awesome BECAUSE you fit with each other! You should be bros forever and do what you do, not caring about what other peeps say!

((Yes, I came to that realization after I talked it over. Maybe you're all just are nervous when it comes to ships outside your comfort zones, I can understand that. Now that I'm armed with this information, I'll be here for any of you if you ever need a person to lean on. Yes, I may be jealous of you all, but that's what happens most of the time you see a person that you find cooler than you. I mean look at Justin Beiber (yes, I'm bringing him in this). I feel like some people despise him because he was lucky and got his fame so easily and some wish they could be in his place.
So yeah, I'm so glad I'm done with this hate shit. Hate makes nothing but pain and I HATE causing pain of any sort. It makes me feel... uh god, I don't want to think it. I'm not letting my jealousy get the best of me and have it turn to hatred, not anymore. Instead, I'm going to use it to strive and become better and better at my art, so I can be like inspirations like you.
